Description

Photo's of the OA National Chief typically with the President of the United States during the BSA's Report to the Nation. As the Boy Scouts are chartered by the United States Congress, We are required to deliver a report once a year on what scouting has accomplished during the previous year. Each year the BSA organizes a contingent of Scouts, representative of Scouting, to deliver this report to the president.
